Despite of the taishi Esen from Oirats tribe Choros was one of the big political fi gures of Central Asia in XV century, but this article is devoted to illumination his commanders capabilities. The author came to conclusion that the large-scale invasion into Ming empire in 1449 was accurately considered plan with the spying methods and the tactic, which based on the triad structure of the army. This campaigns defeat was determined by interruption of common management in the nomads military organization and by unobedience of the two wings to the military center
