Sleep is a basic human need. However, surveys in Indonesia show that our society lacks sleep. Students are also not free from this problem. They often delay bedtime to do assignments, play games, or get involved in organizational activities. As a result, their sleep quality decreases. The method used is quantitative product-moment correlation using the Bedtime Procrastination Scale (BPS) Cronbach's alpha 0.904 and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Cronbach alpha 0.770. As a result, their bedtime procrastination in the high category and sleep quality in the moderate category. The results of the hypothesis test obtained Sig. 0.000 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.364 with an effective contribution (r2) of 13.2%. Further analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between bedtime procrastination with sleep quality. This means that the more often students delay their bedtime, the worse their sleep quality. This emphasizes the importance of time management and self-discipline in maintaining a healthy sleep pattern.
