This paper presents the excavation of a mensa tomb identified on the slope of a dune in the archaeological site of Troia and its results. The archaeological works revealed an intact funerary case, with the skeleton of a woman, with an incomplete opus signinum covering with an inlaid marble plaque, under the vestiges of a later occupation. The study of the contexts that surrounded the tomb suggests a dating in the second half of the 4th century. The use of brand new and homogeneous bricks, the great size of the covering and its relative isolation suggest a tomb, if not privileged, at least belonging to someone with some importance in the community.Apresenta-se a escavação de uma sepultura de mesa identificada na vertente de uma duna no sítio arqueológico de Tróia e os seus resultados. Os trabalhos arqueológicos revelaram uma caixa tumular intacta, com o esqueleto de uma mulher, com cobertura, já incompleta, em opus signinum com uma placa de mármore incrustada, e sobreposta por vestígios de ocupação mais tardios. O estudo dos contextos que a envolviam sugere que a sepultura date da segunda metade do século IV, e a utilização de tijolos novos e homogéneos, a grande dimensão da cobertura e o seu relativo isolamento sugerem uma sepultura, se não privilegiada, pelo menos de alguém com alguma importância na comunidade
