Abstract

Today, one of the most valuable assets of companies is their workforce. Primarily, as the importance of information increases, the human factor that absorbs and uses it by creating value has become much more critical. One of the most critical steps that managers need to take to succeed is to use human power in the most efficient way possible. Companies that want to be long-lasting need to make HR the main item on their agenda. Human resource selection is critical for companies to survive. Critical tasks, such as managing the company’s future, sales, and risks, depend on the team and the way it works. Hiring the right people and promoting the most suitable people for the proper position are essential for the success of companies and managers.
