Abstract
Diplomová práce se soustředí na návrh změn pro potřeby dalšího rozvoje podnikání v obchodní firmě. Návrh změn bude vycházet ze závěrů provedené analýzy aktuálního stavu informačního systému a souvisejících procesů ve firmě. Navrhované změny budou zohledňovat požadavky firmy na informační systém a strategické cíle firmy.This thesis focuses on the draft amendments for further business development in the company. Draft amendments based on findings from the analysis of the current state of IS and related processes in the company. The proposed amendments will take place requirements on the company information system and the strategic goals of the company.
