Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh a stavební řešení bytového domu s provozovnou napojeného na stávající řadovou zástavbu ve městě Svitavy ve stupni projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Objekt má obdélníkový půdorysný tvar, jedno podzemní podlaží, tři nadzemní podlaží, podkroví a střecha je řešena jako sedlová. K objektu je přivedena pěší komunikace a v blízkosti objektu je navrženo parkoviště. Stavební pozemek je severně svažitý. Hlavní část objektu je určena pro bydlení, přízemí je určeno 3 provozovnám.The thesis contains the design and construction design of a residential building with an establishment connected to the existing terraced houses in the town of Svitavy in level of project documentation for the construction. The building has a rectangular plan shape, one underground floor, three floors, the attic and the roof is designed as a saddle. The property is brought footpaths and nearby the parking is proposed. Building land is sloping to the north. The main part of the building is intended for living, ground floor is designed for three establishments.
