Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem na založení nové nekuřácké hospůdky. V první části jsou nastíněna teoretická východiska, na základě kterých je zpracována cast praktická. Výsledný podnikatelský záměr v praktické části, vychází z celkové analýzy trhu, jak z hlediska potenciálních zákazníků, tak i stávající konkurence. Na závěr bude posouzena realizovatelnost a reálnost záměru.This diploma thesis deals with the business plan for the establishment of a new non-smoking pubs. The first part outlines the theoretical bases on which processing is practical. The resulting business plan in the practical part, based on the overall analysis of the market, in terms of both potential customers and existing competition. The conclusion will assess the viability and feasibility of the project.
