Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je realizace projektu prostřednictvím strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Projekt je zaměřený na podporu vzdělávání zaměstnanců neziskové organizace. Součástí práce je přiblížení základních pojmů o strukturálních fondech Evropské unie, operačních programech České republiky a příprava projektu v ucelené a uznatelné podobě.The subject of this master's thesis is the project implementation with the help of European funds. The project is focused on supporting the education of the staff in a non-profit organization. Included in the thesis is the introduction of basic concepts of European Structure Funds, Operational Programs of Czech republic and the development of the project in a comprehensive and admissible form.
