Abstract
Obsahem této práce je návrh technologického postupu výroby zadané součásti, návrh výrobního nástroje, výpočet střižných a ohýbacích sil a další nutné výpočty. Součástí je také rozbor problematiky stříhání a ohýbání, zabývající se teoretickými aspekty výroby těmito technologiemi. V příloze práce je obsažen výkres sestavení, který poskytuje náhled na výrobní nástroj, dále výkresy ohybníku a ohybnice a také výkres vlastní vyráběné součásti.This project contains suggestion of technological production procedure of the component and the suggestion of the production tool and necessary calculations of shearing and bending forces, etc. The theory of bending and shearing is included too. The plan of the unit block layout, of the component and plans of cutter and bender are included at supplement.
