Cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámení s konkrétními principy, metodami a postupy přípravy stavební zakázky a následně jejich aplikace na praktickém projektu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se řeší problematika v obecné rovině a v té praktické se aplikuje na konkrétní stavební zakázce.The purpose of my bachelors thesis is to help gain an understanding of specific principals, methods, and approaches in setting up construction contracts and applying these components into actual projects. The thesis is divided into two separate parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical segment discusses the general issues which then proceed to be applied to a specific contract.
