Abstract
Automatizace výměny nástrojů patří mezi klíčové otázky zvyšování univerzálnosti, pružnosti a celkové úrovně automatizace výrobních strojů. Při mechanickém obrábění součástí zpravidla nevystačíme s jedním činným členem – nástrojem, ale využíváme postupně v příslušném operačním sledu více nástrojů. Z tohoto důvodu se jako jedna z prvních otázek zvyšování produktivity obráběcích strojů začala řešit potřeba automatické výměny nástrojů (dále jen „AVN“). Hlavním přínosem AVN u číslicově řízených strojů je možnost automaticky řídit komplexní obrábění celého obrobku na daném stroji. AVN výrazně přispívá ke zkrácení výrobních časů a snížení četnosti zásahů obsluhy do pracovní činnosti stroje. S tím je také spojena eliminace vzniku nepřesností výroby vlivem lidského faktoru (např. chybou ustavení nástroje) a také zvýšení bezpečnosti práce. Cílem této práce je provést rešerši a popis systémů AVN používaných u obráběcích strojů s horizontálním vřetenem.Automation of tools changing belongs to key issues how to increase universality, flexibility and total level of automation of processing production machines. We don’t usually manage with one active term (tool) in the cause of the mechanical machining only but we derive benefits from many different tools in the appropriate operation circle. Therefore the first matter of raising productivity of machine-tools was a necessity to change automatic tools. The main contribution of automatic tools changing that are used by numerical control machines is a possibility of automatic control of whole machining on the one specific machine. An automatic tool changing contributes to reduction of operation time and to reduction of the amount of operation’s intervention during the industrial process. This is related to elimination products inaccuracy, that is caused by human factor (e.g. bad tool’s position) and increase of safety at work. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to make a literature research and to characterize automatic tools changings, which are used by machine-tools with a horizontal spindle.
