PD ve stupni DPS novostavby dvoupatrového RD s provozovnou fitness centra situované v lokalitě Račice-Pístovice u Vyškova. Objekt je navržen s pravidelným protáhlým obdélníkovým půdorysem patra, v přízemí z něj vystupuje hmota posilovny do tvaru L. Obvodový plášť je řešen z přesných tvárnic Ytong s vnějším systémovým kontaktním zateplením a s dřevěnými okenními konstrukcemi s izolačním trojsklem. Stavba má sedlovou střechu. Koncepčně byl objekt řešen jako energeticky úsporný klasifikační třídou prostupu tepla obálkou budovy B - úsporná.Documentation of project in degree for realization of two floor detached house with fitness centre situated in locality Račice-Pístovice near Vyškov. Building is designed with regular elongated rectangular ground plan of the second floor, in the first floor is larger by fitness centre with the ground floor in the L-shape. Building envelope will be made of exact blocks Ytong with external insulation certified system and with wooden frames of windows with insulating glazing. House is gabled. The idea was to design building envelope energetically efficient with classification class of penetration of heat as B - efficient.
