Corporate Performance Analysis Using the Maple System

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu výkonnosti podniku s využitím ekonomických ukazatelů a časových řad. Nejprve pomocí počítačového systému Maple byla vytvořena uživatelsky dobře obslužná aplikace – maplet, pro příslušné výpočty a grafická zobrazení. Práce obsahuje analýzy a návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace podniku, které uvedené výpočty a zobrazení odrážejí a které mohou dále sloužit ke změnám plánované strategie v dalších letech.This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of company´s performance using the economic ratios and time series. Firstly it was created the easily operating application - maplet, due to the Maple computer system, for the corresponding calculation and graphical projection. The thesis contains the proposals and suggestions for the improvement of financial company´s situation, what is included in the calculations and projections mentioned and they can next be used for the changes of planned strategies in future.
