Transformation of ECG leads

Abstract

Transformace EKG svodů Smyslem této práce je seznámit se se způsoby transformace EKG svodů, realizovat Dowerovu transformaci a vyhodnotit její efektivitu. Následně v prostředí MATLAB navrhnout a realizovat vlastní verzi dopředné a zpětné transformace standardních EKG svodů za účelem komprese a ověřit její funkčnost pomocí signálů z databáze CSE.Transformation of ECG The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the means of transformation of ECG, and to execute Dower transform and evaluate it’s efficiency. Then, to design and realize a new way of forward and reverse transformation of ECG in MATLAB program for the purpose of data compression, and to evaluate its functionality with signals from CSE database.
