Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce Návrh motivačního systému podniku je zkoumání motivace lidí pro práci ve strukturálním podniku a dále pak motivace pro dlouhodobou činnost v daném podniku a problémy spojené s fungováním v určitém podniku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá klíčovými pojmy a teoriemi, jako jsou Maslowova pyramida potřeb, SLEPT analýza či Porterova analýza pěti sil. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní podnik, a jedno jeho zemské ředitelství. Dotazníkovým šetřením jsou zjišťovány motivy pro spolupráci s daným podnikem, dále pak motivace pro dlouhodobou práci a růst daném podniku. V závěrečné části práce je obsažen návrh na zvýšení množství přijatých spolupracovníků do podniku a dále pak podněty ke zvýšení motivovanosti současných spolupracovníků.This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of people within a structured organization, their motivation for long-term work and issues linked to operating in such an environment. The theoretical part will address key concepts and theories such as Maslow´s pyramid of needs, SLEPT analysis or Porter´s five forces analysis. The practical part will focus on the company and their regional headquarters. On the grounds of a questionnaire I have studied the motives for engagement with this company further I studied the motives behind long-term work engagement and career growth within this company. In the final part of this paper I have created a set of proposed changes that could lead to an increase in recruits to the company, furthermore I included incentives, which could lead to better motivation of current co-workers.
