Bakalářská práce pojednává o využití Zymomonas mobilis pro produkci bioethanolu z odpadního papíru. Byly použity tři druhy papíru od různých výrobců za účelem optimalizace produkce bioethanolu. Jednotlivé papíry byly podrobeny stejným úpravám, a to mechanickému rozmělnění a následně enzymatické hydrolýze. Během kultivace Zymomonas mobilis v jednotlivých hydrolyzátech byly odebírány vzorky pro stanovení produkce bioethanolu. Analýza probíhala na vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografii. Vyhodnocena byla produkce bioethanolu, spotřeba glukózy a také produkce kyseliny mléčné, která byla na chromatogramech znatelná.The thesis deals with the use of Zymomonas mobilis to produce bioethanol from waste paper. There were used three types of paper made by various manufacturers to optimize the production of bioethanol. Individual papers were subjected to the same adjustments namely mechanical grinding and subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis. During cultivation of Zymomonas mobilis in different hydrolysates were taken samples for determination of bioethanol production. The analysis was carried out on high-performance liquid chromatography. Production of bioethanol and glucose consumption was evaluated as well as production of lactic acid since it was also noticeable on the chromatograms.
