Development prospects for the armies of the leading countries are currently mostly associated with digitization, robotization, and automation of manpower and equipment management. The introduction of such kind of systems, however, requires the collection and processing of a huge amount of heterogeneous poorly structured information, as well as the making of operational decisions in the conditions of a high level of uncertainty in the security environment. A problem arises with finding tools that could replace humans in solving such problems.
