Abstract
近年来,脊髓损伤(SCI)的发病率呈现日益增长的趋势,由此引发的运动障碍给患者本身及社会带来沉重的负担。尽管目前临床上对SCI后运动障碍的治疗手段多样,主要集中在通过给予外在刺激的方法改善功能障碍,提高患者日常生活能力,但仍缺乏根治性的方案。硬膜外电刺激(EES)作为一种新兴的治疗技术,已在多项国际临床研究中显示出对SCI后运动功能恢复的显著潜力,具有疗效显著、方便易行、适用广泛、可调节性强等优势,对SCI后运动障碍的康复有很多大助益,在脊髓损伤康复中有很大的发展前景。然而目前国内的大多数研究多局限于SCI后自主神经功能异常导致的神经源性膀胱等,且多为中西医结合康复治疗,对EES这一新兴疗法少有集中研究,本文旨在综述EES的基本原理、潜在作用机制以及其在SCI后运动障碍治疗中的临床应用进展,以期为EES治疗SCI后运动障碍的临床应用和科学研究提供参考
