    以表达融合蛋白的载体PUR288以及高效表达载体PBV221作载体,在大肠杆菌内成功地表达了我国克隆的HPV6BVL_I基因,并对表达蛋白进行免疫学鉴定,对两种载体的表达情况进行了讨论
