乳腺癌组织核基质雌激素受体测定

Abstract
采用放射配基结合分析法显示人乳腺癌组织核基质中存在与H3-雌二醇(3H-E2)特异结合的雌激素受体,其3H-E2饱和浓度为16~20nmoI/L;平衡解离常数为6.05nmol/L;结合反应的时间、温度及非标记配基的浓度对特异性结合均有较大影响,乳腺癌组织核基质中蛋白及DNA含量分别占全核的8.3%、5.68%,与正常乳腺组织无差异,而核基质雌激素受体(EmR)含量有明显改变
