气功外气对豚鼠心肌细胞动作电位的作用

Abstract
在11例豚鼠离体灌流的右心室乳头肌进行实验,将玻璃微电极插入乳头肌细胞内记录跨膜电位。气功师于距离标本0.5~1.5米处发放外气,记录发放气功外气5′、10′、15′、以及停止外气5′、10′、15′时心肌细胞的动作电位。心肌细胞实验结果用微电脑系统进行即时分析,由 BMC 型行列式打印机打印。本实验结果表明:气功外气可影响豚鼠右心室乳头肌动作电位的幅值和时程,表现在使APA降低,ERP和APD均缩短。这些变化在统计学上有高度显著的意义。气功外气对RP影响较少而对0相去极化Vmax无影响。非气功师发放的模拟外气无此作用。曾在6例进行重复试验,结果与原来数据相似。表明气功外气干扰了心肌细胞去极化和复极化过程。至于影响此过程的机理如何和涉及那些离子通道,有待进一步探讨
