Abstract
目的探讨取卵日不同径线卵泡的黄素化颗粒细胞中各种水通道蛋白(AQPs)的mRNA表达水平。方法收集2022年3月25日至2022年9月23日在本中心行体外受精胚胎移植助孕的不孕患者取卵日的卵泡液共48例,根据卵泡径线分为小(< 13 mm)、中(13 ~ 18 mm)、大(≥ 18 mm)卵泡群分开收集卵泡液提取颗粒细胞。经RNA定量后纳入22例进行分析,比较3组卵泡群的AQPs mRNA表达水平。根据促排卵方案将患者分为拮抗剂组和激动剂组,分析AQPs的表达差异。结果黄素化颗粒细胞中AQP2的mRNA水平随卵泡径线的增加而升高(linear trend P = 0.004),其差异在大、小卵泡组间具有统计学差异(P = 0.017);该差异在拮抗剂组内具有统计学意义(P = 0.049 6),在激动剂组中无统计学意义(P = 0.108)。结论AQP2在黄素化颗粒细胞中的mRNA水平随着卵泡径线的增长而增加,其表达量与促排卵方案有关,提示AQP2在卵泡生长和卵泡液生成过程中可能起到一定作用,且其mRNA表达水平可能受到FSH和LH的调节
