This paper presents the results of qualitative research conducted with the Decent Work Subcommittee members for Youth in December 2013. The research aimed to know perceptions and opinions of representatives of governments, workers and employers about the causes, difficulties, progress and challenges related to the problem of informal employment of young people in Brazil
