UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN GIZI PADA ANAK MELALUI PROGAM KELAS LITERASI DI DESA KUTA PADANG

Abstract

The habit of snacking in children has become a common habit and is found at various socio-economic levels of society. The nutritional literacy class is an educational initiative that aims to increase students' understanding of the nutritional content contained in everyday snacks. The main aim of this activity is to equip students with sufficient knowledge to make wise decisions in choosing food, taking into account the nutritional value contained in it. The method used is counseling. The results show an increase in understanding regarding the nutritional content of snacks. The planned material targets have been successfully achieved
