Abstract

Cerallus pilosus Reitter, 1889 Cerallus pilosus Reitter, 1889: 283. Material examined: Golestan province, Minudasht, 37°10′N 55°30′E, 2 exs, vi.2008; det. V. Švihla, deposited in NMPC. New record for Iran. Description. Fully black, only antennae, legs and elytra are bright yellow-brown. Top covered with long black hairs. Head tightly, pronotum finely, but stronger from sides, elytra rough and tight punctured.
