Toy dataset for genotyping consensus STRS with EnsembleTR

Abstract

This archive consists of binary files obtained by extracting reads that overlap 6 genes from WGS BAM files of 100 samples chosen randomly from the 1000GP populations. It also has reference files required for genotyping STRs from the sequence files.</p
