Abstract
The 13th Annual Northwest Traffic Engineering Conference and the 1960 Annual Northwest Road Building Conference this year have been combined to give a broader concept of the field of highway engineering to persons interested in both phases. Future conferences will alternate as before between the States of Washington and Oregon. There will be a conference in Oregon every other year
