Technological development and globalization have changed many aspects of life, where economic
and social activities with the help of this technology have an impact on the entire economy. Seeing
the facts in the field that employees who work in startup companies have problems with employee
attachment to the company, this is also seen in employees who work in startup companies, the
existence of low job attachment makes employee performance low and easy to be distracted so that
they are less focused at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived
organizational support (POS) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in startup company
employees. The subjects used in this study were startup employees spread across East Java as
many as 123 people with the sampling technique, namely accidental sampling, the instrument used
was the organizational citizenship behavio r (OCB) scale consisting of 24 items and the perceived
organizational support (POS) scale consisting of 42 items with data analysis using the SPSS 25
(Statistical Package For Social Science) program using simple linear regression analysis
techniques. The results showed that there is an influence of perceived organizational support (POS)

on employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The contribution of perceived
organizational support (POS) to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is 60.5%
