Abstract

This study focuses on the dependent variable, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and considers organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research emphasizes the importance of resource management in work organizations or businesses. Organizations allocate human resources as assets, or capital, to support their activities. This research was conducted among employees of the Batu City Regional Revenue Agency by distributing questionnaires offline. This study involved a population of 45 employees, who were sampled using the saturated sampling technique due to the relatively small population. Path analysis with SPSS was used for the data analysis. The results showed that organizational commitment mediates the impact of organizational culture on OCB
