Apply the knowledge and capacities for the design, development, consolidation, systematization and reporting of information, associated with the cartographic products that are required in the axis of competitiveness and international projection of the Rap-e Administrative and Special Planning Region

Abstract

La Región Administrativa y de Planeación Especial, Región Central, RAP-E, es un esquema asociativo territorial que promueve la convergencia y realización de los programas y proyectos regionales entre sus asociados (Bogotá, Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Huila, Meta y Tolima), mediante la articulación supra departamental de la planeación del territorio para la generación de conocimiento y el desarrollo sostenible de la Región. Dentro de los proyectos planteados por el eje de competitividad y proyección internacional se encuentra el programa Bici región, el cual es un sistema de 11 rutas para recorrer en bicicleta los departamentos de Boyacá, Meta, Cundinamarca, Tolima, Huila y Bogotá D.C, que buscan generar o crear experiencias en los turistas, a través de los paisajes, la cultura y la gastronomía, que solo se encuentra en la Región Central de Colombia. Adicionalmente, la Región Central se encuentra en la ejecución del proyecto trasandina la cual es una iniciativa enfocada en seguir aumentando la oferta de turismo en bicicleta por cuenta de la Región Central. Así mismo, será una iniciativa que no sólo buscará una conexión entre todos los asociados de la entidad, sino que, por primera vez, se integrarán todos los territorios asociados en un solo proyecto de turismo regional, convirtiéndose en el recorrido más importante en la Región Central. El presente documento describe las actividades realizadas por los estudiantes de ingeniería topográfica durante el proceso de apoyo en el diseño, desarrollo, consolidación, sistematización y reporte de la información enfocada a la generación de productos cartográficos mediante el uso articulado de los sistemas de información geográfica (SIG) y las áreas de conocimiento de la topografía contribuyendo a los requerimientos propuestos por el eje de competitividad y proyección internacional de la Región Administrativa y de planeación Especial.The Administrative and Special Planning Region, Central Region, RAP-E, is a territorial associative scheme that promotes the convergence and implementation of regional programs and projects among its associates (Bogotá, Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Huila, Meta and Tolima), through the supra-departmental articulation of the planning of the territory for the generation of knowledge and the sustainable development of the Region. Among the projects proposed by the axis of competitiveness and international projection is the Bici region program, which is a system of 11 routes to cycle through the departments of Boyacá, Meta, Cundinamarca, Tolima, Huila and Bogotá D.C, which seek generate or create experiences in tourists, through landscapes, culture and gastronomy, which is only found in the Central Region of Colombia. Additionally, the Central Region is in the execution of the trans-Andean project, which is an initiative focused on continuing to increase the offer of bicycle tourism on behalf of the Central Region. Likewise, it will be an initiative that will not only seek a connection between all the associates of the entity, but also, for the first time, all the associated territories will be integrated into a single regional tourism project, becoming the most important route in the Region Central. This document describes the activities carried out by topographic engineering students during the support process in the design, development, consolidation, systematization and reporting of information focused on the generation of cartographic products through the articulated use of geographic information systems ( GIS) and the areas of topography knowledge contributing to the requirements proposed by the axis of competitiveness and international projection of the Administrative Region and Special Planning.Región Administrativa y de Planeación Especial Región Central RAP-
