The purpose of this paper is to introduce a Micro topological space induced by a graph which depends upon a neighbourhood between the vertices based on simple graphs. Micro-continuity via graph theory also analyzed. Further, a real life application of graph isomorphism between two directed graphs through the concepts of MicroG-homeomorphism for the problem concerning about environmental deterioration is investigated
