INSERSI NILAI-NILAI ANTI KORUPSI MELALUI PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KARAKTER SISWA DI MTs MUHAMMADIYAH 1 MALANG

Abstract

Syawal, Insertion of anti-corruption education values through Pancasila and Citizenship Education in fostering the character of students of MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Thesis of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKN) Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University, 2024, Supervisors: (I) Dr. Budiono, M.Si. (II) Dr. M. Syahri, M.Si. This research aims to describe the Application, obstacles, and solutions of the insertion of anti-corruption education values through Pancasila and Citizenship Education in fostering the character of students of MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The research method used in this study is qualitative method with descriptive ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques used by researchers include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by the researcher are data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and for data validity, the researcher uses source triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the research (1) the application of anti-corruption values at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, show positive results in shaping the character of students. Consistent strategies in encouraging the values of honesty, discipline, and responsibility to provide direction on correct behavior, and periodic evaluations have proven effective. The impact is a decrease in violations committed by students, indicating that the application of anti-corruption values can strengthen character and prevent corrupt behavior in the future. (2) Constraints in implementing anti-corruption education values at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The main constraints are the lack of specific subjects directing towards anti-corruption education values and the lack of concepts in implementing anti-corruption education values. Moreover, many students still commit violations due to a lack of understanding of anti-corruption education values, resulting in lack of discipline and honesty in the learning process. (3) The suggested solutions include effective learning strategies, encouragement for students to speak honestly with all parties, compliance with school or community rules, and having responsibilities such as completing tasks and duties on time
