Information Sheet for Workers - COVID-OUT study

Abstract

This information sheet is used to support the informed consent process to recruit workers to the COVID-OUT (COVID-19 Outbreak investigation to Understand Transmission) study. It explains to the potential participating workers the nature of the study, the purpose of the study, what their participation entails, and that participation is voluntary. The COVID-OUT study has a series of epidemiological field studies to investigate COVID-19 outbreaks in a range of workplaces to understand SARS-CoV-2 transmission risk factors, transmission routes and the roles they play in COVID-19 outbreaks
