Impact of Covid-19 on researchers' life and work

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has been a huge challenge with health but also social and labor implications. Researchers from different areas of knowledge have had to face this challenge in different ways depending on our projects and areas of work. Within the European project called "Researcher Identity Development RID-SSIS" (SINTE-URL research team) aimed at studying the identity of researchers and the challenges that they face in their research activity, a substudy was conducted to explore the specific challenges posed by the pandemic Covid-19, the impact it had on researchers' life and work and how they coped with these issues.
