Abstract

The harmonious and comprehensive development in the work environment, seeks to increase the quality of life of the workers and their family environment, seen from the external sphere, and internally, improve the work environment, through activities that seek to satisfy personal needs and group, where in the former, there are better salaries, health and safety, and in the second, education and recreation. All this, with the purpose of promoting a work environment, where a sense of belonging to the company, a healthy environment and an organizational climate that allows potentiate the capabilities and skills of employees, leading to growth comprehensive, which leads to the creation of distinctive factors in workers, and thus generate satisfaction in the company.
