ABSTRACTLuteolin?7,4??dimethyl ether (C17H14O6); apigenin?5?methyl ether (C16H12O5) and ??sitosterol-3-O-?-glucopyranoside (C35H60O6) were isolated from ethyl acetate extracts of Areca catechu L. root.
