This research is entitled Crimonological Juridical Review of Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence Perpetrated by Parents Against Stepchildren (Case Study in the Legal Area of Batu City) and will discuss 3 problem formulations, namely the factors that cause criminal acts of sexual violence committed by parents against stepchildren. in Batu City, the mode of criminal acts of sexual violence committed by parents against stepchildren in Batu City, and the efforts of the police in dealing with criminal acts of sexual violence committed by parents against stepchildren in Batu City. In this method the author uses a sociological juridical approach and conducts research located at the Batu City Resort Police. A child problem that is very frightening for parents is sexual violence. Some acts of violence can have a major impact on the soul and mental damage of children. East Java is one area that is not free from cases of sexual violence against children. The large number of cases that occur shows that there is still low public awareness in providing protection for children who are victims of sexual violence perpetrated by parents against stepchildren. The resulting impact can affect children who are victims of criminal acts of sexual violence, therefore the police must be more vigilant regarding sexual violence that occurs in society
