Clean water is a basic need for society, but the distribution of clean water in Turen District, Malang Regency still faces several problems. This research aims to evaluate the condition of the clean water distribution network and propose development steps to improve the efficiency and quality of clean water services in the Turen Unit Perumda service area. The application used to support pipeline network planning analysis is the EPANET software application. The program functions to analyze the distributed water flow and can determine the pressure that occurs in each pipe and node. The evaluation results show that there has been an increase in clean water services in the Perumda Unit Turen service area from 5.38% (in 2023) to 7.38% (in 2033). Using the linier regression method, the projected population of Turen District is 115.549 people. By dividing the nodes from 575 nodes (in 2023) to 635 nodes (in 2033) and the pipe length of 67,385.23 meters being expanded to 87,072.3 meters with diameters of 1 inches, 2 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 6 inches and 7 inches. With the need for clean water, the average water requirement is 93.27 liters/second to 130.41 liters/second
