The IKN development process, which has been running since the inauguration of the IKN Zero Point in March 2021, has caused various kinds of responses from the community, including people living at the IKN Zero Point. For this reason, there needs to be information between the news in the Mass Media and the reality that occurs in Sepaku District to produce social construction in the local community. It was found that local communities were worried about the legality of the land they lived in and the desire of the local government, so that there would be no development inequality between the buffer area and the location of IKN
