This study aims to evaluate the role of DP3A Kabupaten Malang in protecting children who are victims of violence based on Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, and to identify the obstacles faced by DP3A Kabupaten Malang in providing protection to children who are victims of violence. This research uses an Empirical Juridical approach. The findings of this study indicate that DP3A Kabupaten Malang plays a crucial role in protecting children who are victims of violence in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. They provide legal services, psychological services, home visits, and social protection. This protection aligns with the provisions of Law Number 34 of 2014, including legal assistance, reproductive health education, religious values, and physical as well as psychological rehabilitation
