The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi as measured using the balanced scorecard method. This research uses a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the model of Miles & Huberman. The results showed that there are several factors that cause a decrease in company performance, such as in the customer perspective which has decreased in the level of customer satisfaction, in the internal business process perspective there is one business unit that has the lowest percentage related to the discipline of each business unit, in the growth and learning perspective has decreased in the number of human resources in 2020-2022, and in the financial perspective has decreased ROE, ROA, and NPM in 2020-2021
