Method: With the rapid development of technology, there has been a significant increase in the number of flight ticket booking applications, which in turn intensifies competition in this industry. However, unfortunately, despite the emergence of many applications, not all prioritize the needs of users from various age groups. Results: The result of this study is the development of a user interface that aligns with the characteristics of the UX Journey in flight ticket booking applications.
Conclusion and Development: It is hoped that this can contribute to improving user experience by providing relevant information, detailed displays, and ease of understanding according to user needs in flight ticket booking applications
