PEMBUATAN PENILAIAN KINERJA BAGIAN ACCOUNTING PADA PT.KUSUMA SATRIA DINASASRI WISATAJAYA

Abstract

PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya is a company engaged in business and tourism, the head of department and Human Resource Development (HRD) is responsible for assessing employee performance through performance appraisal sheets, but in practice the implementation between the employee's job desk and employee performance appraisal is irrelevant.The purpose of making this product is to make a new performance appraisal specifically for the accounting department at PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya. In making performance appraisal products using a qualitative case study approach. The object of making this product is a performance appraisal sheet used to measure the performance of accounting department staff, which is tested on 10 employees, namely: 3 tax staff, 2 purchasing staff, 2 cashier staff, and 3 accounting staff. The implementation procedure was carried out systematically starting from needs assessment, planning, product development, part 1 field trial, refinement and part 2 field trial, and analysis. Based on the results of the performance appraisal trials that have been carried out, the results show that the performance appraisal that has been prepared is in accordance with the Company's Operational Standards (SOP), and the aspects are specific so that they are suitable for accounting staff, the new performance appraisal focuses more on the tasks and things done by accounting staff so that this assessment is more targeted than the existing assessment which is more general
