Abstract

Background: In this final scientific work, the case of Mrs. S, who has been suffering from auditory hallucinations for approximately 11 years and the auditory hallucinations he experiences are still intermittent, the social service took the patient to UPT as a preventive measure, namely early detection of the patient's mental health. The curative efforts carried out at UPT are by providing patients with activities at UPT such as carrying out ADL activities. Rehabilitation efforts are carried out by teaching how to rebuke hallucinations, providing activities such as gymnastics, cleaning the environment around the room, and providing spiritual support. For this reason, this final scientific work aims to apply the Implementation Strategy to Mrs. S, namely by teaching how to control hallucinations by rebuking hallucinations, having conversations, doing positive activities, and taking medication regularly. Method: the research method used in preparing this Final Scientific Work uses a case study report. The author follows the scientific method according to the rules of the nursing process which includes assessment, data analysis, nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. The author used various data collection techniques such as anamnesis, observation, documentation studies and physical examination to collect various data from Mrs. To complete the data, the author also conducted interviews with patients and carried out regular monitoring using the Auditory Hallucinations Rating Scale (AHRS) instrument to measure the level of hallucinations in patients. Results: After providing nursing care for 7 days to Mrs. S with auditory hallucinations by measuring the Auditory Hallucinations Rating Scale (AHRS) found hallucinations of Mrs. S decreased with a value of 18 (medium), the problem was partially resolved. Discussion: The nursing problem of hallucinations in sensory perception disorders that occur in patients appears when the client is alone and not doing activities. The action that the nurse has taken is to provide implementation strategies 1-4. This is not enough, so the recommendation needed for the patient is to teach drawing therapy and dhikr therap
