This research aims to analyze performance appraisal, communication, and employee satisfaction at Hotel Kapal Garden Malang. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method, the study reveals that the performance appraisal, communication, and employee satisfaction at the hotel fall into the category of very good. Despite the effectiveness in the timing of appraisals and communication among colleagues, the study identifies the need for the company to enhance understanding regarding appraisal methods and supervisor instructions to prevent misunderstandings in tasks. The T-test results indicate that performance appraisal has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, aligning with Mangkunegara and Dessler's theories, and supporting previous research findings. Similarly, communication proves to have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, consistent with earlier studies.
