Department of Industry and Trade East Java Province is one of the institution which under management by Ministry of Trade. It has been giving contributions for economic sector in Indonesia. it helps a lot for establishing Certify of Origin and API people/ companies who want to do International Trade activity in East Java Province, especially in Surabaya and surroundin areas. As one of the province which has important roles for economy development in Indonesia, East Java Province’s government surely has big roles and duties to make East Java Province better. The central Government (Ministry of Trade) through East Java Province Government established Department of Industry and Trade East Java Province to facilitate and give the best services for people, company, or other groups both of domestic and foreign countries between East Java Province Government.
Doing internship at Department of Industry and Java Province as International Trade Division staff gave many things for the writer. The writer was very proud and happy because he got an opportunity to do his internship there. He got new knowledge about the duties as International Trade staff, such as input data, translating letter from abroad company, joining in a seminar, faxing letters and other tasks that other staff in International Trade Division do.
After the writer finished his internship, He finally got many lessons about industry and trade in Indonesia and particularly in Surabaya. Besides, the writer also gained knowledge of the terms of a company for conducting activities exports or imports. This is expected to by the writer in the future, if the writer of being a businessman, then all the terms and provisions do exports and imports have been fully understood. It is because all this provision not only occurs in Indonesia bu in all the state that exists in the world
