Adolf Reinach descubre una vía de
fundamentación del Derecho a través
de las ontologías regionales de sus
objetos, detectadas través de aquellos actos espontáneos realizados por
el sujeto y que desarrollan efectos de
carácter jurídico: a saber, las obligaciones y pretensiones. La entidad propia
de estos actos espontáneos, que es
temporal e independiente de los sujetos que los realizan o perciben, define
todo un ámbito de existencia realista
–no idealista– inmaterial,
perceptible
aprióricamente.
Se abre así una nueva
vía
de la investigación filosófica
que
permite dirimir viejas cuestiones resultantes de las disputas clásicas entre
el
