Este proyecto se basa en la percepción del paisaje urbano partiendo de la creación de una escena urbana, la cual proporciona experiencias y sensaciones plasmadas a través de un proyecto arquitectónico que permite la consolidación del paisaje urbano. Por medio de este proyecto, se contribuye a la solución del deterioro en la imagen de ciudad e ilegibilidad presente en el barrio La Concordia a través del concepto de ciudad-paisaje, Cullen (1961), el cual refleja unidad y coherencia entre lo existente y lo propuesto, mediante los elementos significativos del lugar. Con esto, se pretende transformar el paisaje, buscando que trascienda gracias a las experiencias y sensaciones que el territorio produzca en los diferentes usuarios que transitan por el lugar.This project is based on the perception of the urban landscape starting from the creation of an
urban scene, which provides experiences and sensations embodied through an architectural project that
allows the consolidation of the urban landscape. Through this project, it contributes to the solution of the
deterioration in the image of the city and the illegibility present in the La Concordia neighborhood
through the concept of city-landscape, Cullen (1961), which reflects unity and coherence between what
exists and what is proposed, through the significant elements of the place. With this, it is intended to
transform the landscape, seeking that it transcends thanks to the experiences and sensations that the
