Abstract

FIGURE 1. Best-scoring RAxML tree of the combined alignment of LSU, ITS and rpb2 sequence data. The tree was rooted with Melanomma pulvis-pyrius (CBS 124080). Bootstrap support values equal to or greater than 80% for ML and PP values equal to or greater than 0.90 are shown as ML/PP at respective nodes. The isolate obtained in this study is in blue.
