Abstract

This paper examines the position of business ethics and the crisis impose on businesses by Covid-19 pandemic. It argues that to achieve a sustainable business today, the ethical behaviour of the organizations and their employees must be thoroughly addressed. The paper reviews the challenges of business ethics in business organizations, as well as interventional framework for adopting a responsible business conduct. It further proposes survival approach to business organizations and leaders of business on how to take their business through a sustainable recovery.</p
